ROCKVILLE, MD. – Lutheran Services in America (LSA) taps Clearfont to conduct a communications audit and prepare a strategic communications plan that will include strategies, tactics, and recommendations for enhancing internal and external communications. The communications audit will include a survey and interviews of LSA members across the country. The LSA website, publications and other communications products and services will be evaluated for effectiveness.
